* To complete your personalization please go to the contact us page after completing your order. Include the name of purchaser/order number, name of product or description, and the exact name/phrase you would like designed on your product. Please double check all spelling and capitalization. We will design the shirt exactly as you instruct. Size of name/phrase may vary depending on length of characters. 

About our Shirts:

* We offer a variety of t-shirt materials for your unique needs. Our Cotton T-Shirts are Bella + Canvas Made from 100% airlume combed and ringspun cotton, pre-shrunk, excellent quality! We also offer a V-Neck lightweight moisture-wicking version of this shirt made from 100% polyester with Posi-Charge technology from Sport-Tek. We offer sizes XS-XL. 

* Please see sizing guide in photos for help placing your order. Our shirts run true to size. Most women find their usual size works best, however, If looking for a tighter fit size down 1 size, or for an oversized look we suggest sizing up 1-2 sizes.

* Our designs are cut and transferred using HTV. Each design is made to order and pressed onto our shirts with the greatest care and attention to detail.

*Black/White design font will match font color shown on available colors page, please contact us if you would like to select a different color.

Care Instructions:

* For best results, wash and dry inside out. Machine wash cold, and Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over design, and do not dry clean. Wash with mild detergents, no bleach or fabric softeners.

Shipping:

*All of our designs are made to order as we take the greatest care in selecting great materials and creating a shirt uniquely for you. Our usual production time is between 1-3 business days. Please allow a 3-5 day production time for all color or polyester shirts. Shipping time is an additional 2-5 business days. We offer USPS shipping and will provide you with an estimated delivery date, we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your shirt as soon as possible, however it is possible your delivery may arrive later than scheduled due to delays that are out of our control.

Returns/Exchanges:

* Due to the scale of our business at this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we will refund or replace any shirt if there is a mistake made on our part. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance! Please don't hesitate to contact us for any reason.
